growing hotel companies and negotiated for the acquisition of over 75 hotel sites. We have a diverse client base, and the principals of
Stidham Commercial Partners have acquired assets, either in fee or
leasehold interests, for Circle K, Windstream, GTE/Verizon, Fox 56,
Value Place Hotels,
Dupree Mutual Funds, Central Bank, Cabot Properties, AXA, Northwestern
Mutual, Merrill Lynch, Smith Barney and National City Bank.
