Jeffrey R. Stidham, Managing Partner

Mr. Stidham has been actively involved in commercial real estate brokerage and development for 30 years. Over the past three years the Stidham Commercial Partners Brokerage Network represented Value Place Hotels in negotiations for the purchase of over 75 hotel sites in ten states. Representing owners in investment sales during the past two years, Stidham Commercial Partners sold more than $45M in real estate assets in the Lexington, KY market.

Mr. Stidham has also served as exclusive authorized agent for Alltel, Verizon, Smith Barney, Merrill Lynch, Northwestern Mutual, Pitney Bowes, and many other national firms. He was an investment sales broker with CB Richard Ellis in the Washington DC office and is currently a network broker for Cushman & Wakefield and Cushman & Wakefield’s Capital Markets Group. Mr. Stidham is also a marketing partner for Hendricks & Partners, the nations largest apartment brokerage firm, and a partner with Dallas-based Koll Development Company.

Mr. Stidham has been consistently ranked as a leader and top producer within the commercial real estate community. His prestigious client list includes numerous Fortune 500 companies as well as many well known national, regional and local companies.
 


Michael J. Haas, Partner

Mr. Haas recently served as Vice President of Real Estate for Value Place Hotels. He negotiated and executed the purchase of over 75 hotel sites in the Eastern United States over the last 3 years, helping make Value Place the fastest growing hotel chain in America.

As Real Estate Development Manager for Circle K, the second largest convenience store operator in North America, he grew their network in the Midwest through the acquisition of existing companies and new site development. He collaborated with Dunkin Donuts, Noble Romans, Quiznos, Subway and Taco Bell to co-brand new stores.

As Site Acquisition Manager for Crown Castle International, the world’s largest owner and operator of wireless infrastructure, he negotiated the purchase of nearly 150 sites for national carriers. Before he entered into corporate real estate he acquired, developed and sold real estate. Mr. Haas graduated from the University of Kentucky and received his MBA from the University of Louisville in 1998.
